On 21 September 2016 I joined the Gold Coast Writers association and shared three poems from my book "Word Power Poetry & Poetics" including "Exhausted" and "Political Tongues."

In 2009 I was invited by Lina Ali to share some of my poetry with 3 year 10 classes at Amaroo School. Lina introduced me. I shared a range of poems, speaking some, showing some with the help of the smart board and performing some with the help of some of the students.
